Local H's most popular album
Saw Local H around the time this record was released, and remember being impressed with how much sound this two man group produced. Scott Lucas added bass pickups to his electric guitar to create a wall of sound, while Joe Daniels pounded out some very heavy beats from behind the drum kit. They still use this same formula to this day, except that Brian St.Clair replaced Joe Daniels in 1999. This album is considered by many to be their finest hour, it contains the hits "High Fivin' MF", "Eddie Vedder", and "Bound For The Floor", which still gets considerable airplay to this day. If you were to buy just one album from this group, I would have to recommend this one. But I must say the following album "Pack Up The Cats", is also very good. If you like heavy 90's alternative rock, this album is sure to please.
