On Golden Pond (VHS, 1993)

I have always loved this movie. It tells about the simple way of life . A family pulling together for one great summer at the summer house on golden pond. How the older generation enjoyed life.

Be sure to have a box of Kleanex with you when you watch this, especially if your own parents have passed on.

This movie is great on so many levels. Seeing Hepburn and Fonda at their finest. Top notch cinematography, and the kind of emotional story that draws you in like a a magnet. My grandparents had a cabin by the lake.

Its been many years since I've watched this, at least 10 or more. Now that both my parents are gone, I really cried my way thru the family moments. Watching this film is like visiting with old friends.

Watch it, you'll feel like you're at the lake with the Loons.

I have this movie on dvd. My mother mentioned she has not seen this movie in years. My mom is 75 and loves this movie. That is the reason I bought it on VHS.

ACTUALLY THIS WAS NOT PURCHASED FOR ME IT WAS FOR MY HUSBAND. HE HAS BEEN WANTING IT AND I LOOKED AND SEARCHED FOR THE LONGEST BEFORE I GOT ON EBAY AND I WAS SO EXCITED THAT I HAD GOT IT FOR HIM AND HE LOVES IT SO MUCH HE MADE OUR KIDS SIT AND WATCH IT WITH HIM!!!!!!!!!!! THANKS, GOD BLESS YA ALWAYS

AND KATHERINE HEPBURN GOING BACK TO THEIR COTTAGE ON LAKE WINNEPESOCI IN NEW HAMPSHIRE,AND ENJOYING THERE LAST TIME THERE, AS THEY WAS GETTING UP THERE IN AGE,AND WAS TIME TO SELL.

It is a quiet movie that I have enjoyed before and now can enjoy whenever
the mood suits me. :) The price was so right too!

my hubby had a copy of this and lost it so i bought him another ,,this is his favorite all movie and it mellows him out,, we live in conn not to far fromwhere katie lived we saw her a couple of times she his favorite actress,,

This were for Mr Bill. He love it. Wish they was more movies like this. I keep trying to get movies like this for him. He only 83 and love movies like this!!
