Goin' South (DVD, 2002)

Love this movie....it's a whimsical tale with excellent acting and an unexpected ending. My purchase was based on seeing it before and enjoy viewing it from time to time, as well as sharing it with others who haven't seen it yet.

This was a good western movie. excellent acting, funny. I would recomend watching this movie, even the ending was good.

The movie has a Great Funny Cast shot in the classic Spaghetti western style. It's a movie the whole family can watch.
It's one of my favorite movies coz it's just 4 fun! Jack sleeping with Spot the pig cracks me up.

As a Nicholson fan, I enjoy watching his characterizations. "Goin' South", in my opinion, is one of his classic acting performances. Although, I doubt if there was a great deal of "acting" going on...just Jack being Jack and having a lot of fun doing it. I decided to search for and buy this movie simply to add to my small collection of Nicholson movie gems. Buying on eBay, is most convenient in that with just a few key strokes, I almost always find what I'm looking for. Prices are better than any bargain basement, and I've yet to deal with anyone that didn't provide what they advertised, were receptive with friendly communications, and swift in delivery.

This is an older movie. I had tried to find it for years to no aval. Had even asked the local video stores to try to find it but they couldnot. Went to one of the major book and video stores and got on their computer but it was not on it either. After I started ordering on E-bay. First try I found it.

What I love about this movie is the crazy way Jack acts in the movie. I decided to buy this movie because it is really funny and Jack is great in it.

It was a fairly good movie as far as Jack Nicholson is concerned, but I was dissappointed in the fact that John Belushi had somewhat of a bit part, and his character was toned down compared to some of his other roles, particularly Saturday Night Live, and Animal House.

I mainly purchased this movie because I thought it would be interesting to see Jack Nicholson and John Belushi in the same movie.

I bought the dvd "going south" and the disk is in perfect shape and plays well, it was relatively cheap and I recieved it quickly from the seller.

This is one of the best Jack Nicholson movies ever! It's also the debut of both John Belushi and Mary Steenbergen, who Jack hand picked himself to play in the movie. It's extremely funny. Christopher Lloyd and others also give a great performance.
I've been enjoying this movie for over two decades now. I've purchased at least 4 copies of this movie to give to family and friends.

I am a big Jack Nicholson fan. It is one of the better comedy westerns out there. You see a side to him that you don't see much. This movie also stars the late John Belushi. The story line in it's self is entertaining.

This is a great western for Jack Nicholson. Never made it big on the charts. It is a real hoot to watch. I still do some of the one-liners from it. Film bebuts of both John Belushi and Mary Steenburgen.

This is one of the best movies . I just love Jack Nicholson in it. He plays
such a character in it. Mary Steembergen plays her character so well, that you think that it is her... I saw it once ,years ago, and I had to get it for my archive of movies . Get it, you won't be dissappointed ! Danny Devito and Christopher Lloyd were also very funny in it..

Better that average movie, not one of Jacks best, but a enjoyable and interesting movie with new up an coming actors.
