
Great book to read if you're serious about your health
I haven't finished reading this book, yet, because it is pretty detailed, but I really like what I'm reading. It is not for people who are not really serious about being highly healthy and are willing to WORK for it. It is not a magic plan to become healthy, it is about changing your living patterns and setting out on a journey to become highly healthy - not just "fit" or "slim". I bought two of these books and am loaning one to my sister who is also into "wellness".
