While they don't hold a candle to the likes of Uncharted 2, the games look great in HD, especially God of War II. The crisp framerate is also very welcome.

A soundtrack as epic as the environments, killer sound effects and very good voice acting (despite Kratos mostly just saying "Athena!").

Top-notch combat controls, a good mix of interesting puzzles, incredible environments and tons of violence that's used at the perfect level.

You'll easily get 20+ hours out of your first play-through if you haven't played them before, and things like the challenges will keep you hooked for a long while.

There is no much left to say about God of War I and II. They are among the best games ever. With this new HD version, things got even better compared to the original Playstation 2 version. Another worthy thing to mention is the Playstation Network Trophy enable for either games. No disappointments at all.

To be simple, if you haven't tried the God Of War, you have to. Else you'll be falling way back, since the God Of War III should be released in March/April 2010. This Collection DVD is the best way to grab two previous Gods Of War games, but the thing that needs to be pointed out is that both games are remastered and adapted to suit the PS3 system.

This is a highly recommended title, a very fast paced and challenging game, that will bound you to the screen for hours. And when you finish it, you'll start all over again.

Don't just take my word for it, try it yourselves. If you want to see how it looks like, check the video hosting services like youtube for the in-game gameplay and animatios to see what the talk is all about.

It was a great price for two games, and it was sent quickly. My only dislike would be that both games were on one cd.

Well I like to much God of War so this collections is amazing, I think that other games could have the same collections for ps 3 as silent hill and resident evil and metal gear of course.

Its a good game but it can be very hard at some points even on easy. I bought it because of God of War 3 coming out and i dont regret getting it.

One of the best games ever cant wait until God of War 3 comes out in 2010. Super easy to get the hang of. The graphics are amazing great music it really gets you into the game. Great story line, its just a really cool game.

This collection is great if you own a HDTV. The upscale graphics and game play feels right at home on the ps3. A bonus of trophy's commemorates this collection.

bought because i hadn't played them b4 and wanted to be clued up b4 the 3rd part came out.

the graphics still seem ok considering that its a ps2 game thats been updated. only the main characters have been made hd and the video clips. other than that the graphics seem as if they haven't been changed.

the controls are easy enough to get a hold of and you will be killing with ease in no time. you can upgrade your weapons which also unlocks combos which keeps you interested in them. there isn't a huge number of different combos but as its a ps2 game its to be expected. you will also have magic powers which are ok and they can also be upgraded.

the game play is good and keeps you interested through the whole game. there are not a great number of different enemies but killing them is still good fun. the boss fights are very good and you will be fighting against some familiar greek legends which keeps the game from getting repetitive.

this is a great game to get if like me you want to c what the fuss is about for god of war. the game play and story holds up well. if you are expecting the graphics and size of the game to be the standards of other ps3 games then you should stay away from this.

Great game, love the setup with the combo pack. Nothing not to like. The games is great fun, lots of action, and also challenging! I am a big fan of this game.

I bought this game abou a week ago and when I received it, I tried it right away. The game was very good quality even on my non so great ancient tv. It is pretty fun but at times you get stuck when you cant solve certain puzzles. Overall I think it was a great buy.

This game is what God Of War fans want. 2 in 1. All remastered in hi-def. This game is simply gorgeous. 2 of the best games ever on one game.
