Meantime, Between Time w Fleetwood Mac
Lindsey on his own is free to go in all the directions he wants to, and he does, every time. This 1984 album is a good example. He's got a touch like no other on those strings, and everybody who's a fan knows it. Love to love him? Then you should have this, along with all his other solo stuff.
Another good solo album is "Law And Order," from three years before, with the video from the single "Trouble," when MTV and anything that was put in a music video was new, having an all-white burnt-out video image, with all the members of the band mirrored in V-pattern...so primitive and funny looking now.
Both this album and 1981's "Law And Order" are worth owning even if you're just a casual Fleetwood Mac fan. Good for expanding your knowledge of exactly what only Lindsey can add to whatever he does.
