I just received this book today and I can see that I will make a lot of the recipes in the near future. It has a wonderful, comprehensive section in the front that provides information on different types of wheat substitutes and wholesome sweeteners. The recipes look simple AND tasty for anyone, but particularly for those who cannot process wheat or refined sugars. It would be an excellent addition to any cookbook library.
