IBS problems this is a must if you like Baked Goods. Well written and a great help for the person with digestive ailments.

  BEST GLUTEN FREE BAKING COOKBOOK!!!

I am a professional cook and went to culinary college. I just found out I have celiac disease and I thought how will I ever be able to make bake goods that will satisfied me? Baking is my passion and this book is the best one so far!!The graham crackers are out of this world! You would not even know they did not have wheat in them! The Boston cream pie on the front cover is great too! I have a corn allergy too and substituted potato starch for the corn starch and it worked great in the vanilla pudding! I can not wait to try more recipes in this book I think they would all be great! I just wish the book had a yeast bread section. but worth every penny for this book

This was one of the cookbooks that I found at the library when I first found out that I'm gluten intolerant. It has helped me navigate through the confusing world of living without gluten. Rebecca's anecdotes & stories along with easy to follow recipes have made it easier. All the recipes that I've tried so far have been very good. The Pumpkin Bread, & Eleanor's Banana Bread recipies taste very close to my usual gluten varieties ( the texture is a little different, but barely worth mentioning). The Toll House Cookies & Graham Crackers are really good! My husband says he likes the graham crackers better than the store bought ones. I look foreward to trying more recipies from this book!
