The Gluten Connection by Linda Segall, Shari Lieberman (2007, Book)

I recently learned that i am gluten intolarant. I bought the book and found that is was very interesting and full of information. I would recommend this book to anyone.

The book is very up to date, provides information not found in many places. It is easy to read, and very supportive for people who are gluten intolerant but who do not have celiac disease. The resources for testing for gluten intolerance are extremely helpful.

I bought this book when a family member was diagnosed with Celiac disease. I knew nothing about gluten intolerance and this book was a real eye-opener. I had no idea that there was so much to be learned and this book presented the information in an informative and easy to understand way. The authors gave examples and cited research to support their claims. I have already recommended it to other family members.
