Glove Affairs by Noah Liberman (2003, Hardcover, Illustrated)

This book is must reading for anyone who has an interest in and/or collects baseball gloves. Not only provides information about the history and evolution of the glove, but has vital information about how to make an older glove presentable for use or display.

As a collector of baseball gloves, the title and cover alone sold me the book. I was delighted to see, in this case, that I could judge a book by it's cover.
Glove affairs is a wonderful history of the baseball glove itself, along with baseball player's experiences, anecdotes and stories relating to their beloved tool of their beloved game.

This is a wonderful book full of stories and pictures about baseball gloves. I enjoyed reading the stories and looking at the photos of old gloves. A good book for true baseball fans.
