Global Marketing by Johny K. Johansson (2005, Hardcover)

I bought this book as a requirement for the MBA program that I am part of. The book has a lot of good information and has been a good resource to help with my International Marketing class.

THis book was sold to a number of people at the same time. This caused the book to never reach my home. Having an updated book lists should be of the upmost importance.
A word to the wise: Buy Early and refresh often and hope that you dont recieve the refund email.
I just assume go to the school bookstoe or asking people around campus so it is tangible at time of purchase.
That is why i say Oversold

This book was in better condition than described. This is a super seller who provides great deal. The seller provides very customer-based service. The book does not look like picture posted, which i feel is false advertising. It has the same inside material, but a different isb code. So it really isn't what i ordered and when i let them know this, they pretty much told me tough luck. i will be unable to sell this book back at the campus bookstore because of this!

If I had received the book I could tell, but the book never reach my hands. e-bay said the book was sent, the seller said it was sold several month ago: that's why I call it the "phantom book".

I did not receive the book I ordered and when I tried to contact him, I never got a response. I finally filed a claim!

Everything was as claimed, and shipping was prompt. The price was very reasonable and shiping was upgraded free of charg.Very pleased with this seller overall.

I never received the book and would like to know why there isn't an easy way to get a refund since my cc was charged. I've contacted the seller twice.

No comment about product. Because I've received the book. This is already two months since placing the order. Seller has never responded the email. After filing the claim, no one contact back. No money return. Money paid was for nothing but unsatisfied experiences from both the website and the seller.

I bought the Global Marketing one month ago. I like it new and cheap. But I don't like it is an internatioanl edition because of the softcover. Although I know that besides cover, others all the same.
