Glenn Beck's Common Sense by Glenn Beck (2009, Paperback)

This book is an easy read. I read the first 105 pages in one day. I read 57 pages before I took a pen and 'starred' paragraphs that I wanted others to read. Then just to make sure that I could find the passages easily, I circled the page number. Our country is on the brink of socialism. As Glenn Beck said in his book "Common Sense", it's like they keep firing one thing after another at us, change this law, anything to distract us from what the original 'change' was. We, the people, didn't vote for TARP. We, the people, don't want higher taxes. But we are hearing about the possiblility of our health benefits paid by our employers being taxed. How can a president of a country bow before another county leader? How can we be asked to
volunteer' for our country? There are volunteers helping others. We just don't need to be singled out by anyone just to prove that we are volunteering. We are citizens of the United States of America. I want our government to follow the law of the Constitution. Our Bill of Rights are not negotiable. Our Constitution is not negotiable. Wake up America! Stand up and be counted. Support our Constitution and those who adhere to it. Those who do not, VOTE them OUT of office. I don't want change. For the sake of future FREE generations, keep talking, questioning, and watching your elected officials. If you want to be informed about our country's politics read "Common Sense".
