Laurel seems to have the perfect life with a big house, a loving husband and a teenage daughter. Her sister, Thalia, on the other hand, is the opposite. She is a struggling actress who is often too outspoken. One night, Laurel is visited by the ghost of Molly, her 13 yr. old daughter's best friend. She is shocked as Molly leads her to her parent's swimming pool where her earthly body is floating face down. Her drowning is ruled an accident, but Laurel thinks something deeper and darker is at work in Molly's death and she enlist the help of Thalia to find the truth. Along the way the both discover a terrible secret from their own past that could threaten everything Laurel holds dear....even her daughter.
Very well written.....love the paranormal mystery that Ms. Jackson has weaved so well. Could hardly put the book down. Great plot and the story flows like silk. The sisters have a lot of squirming to do when they discover their past secrets. Highly recommend.
