The Gingerbread Girl by Stephen King (2008, Unabridged, Compact Disc)

I like the story. I didn't like how short it was. I bought it because I like Stephen King. I would give this audio book on CD a B grade. Worth listening to.

Was very disappointed in this Stephen King work. Not as good at all as other audiobooks of his writings. C-

I have really enjoyed reading anything Stephen King and have really enjoyed the books on CD. Makes for an awsome drive to work and back. This was a tasty story that keeps you involved and as always with Stephen, makes you want to come back for more.

I got it because I love all of Stephen King's work. His books pull you and keep you there. They are hard to put down or in this case stop listening to. It is a short story butstill riveting. He has a twisted and interesting mind!

Was on a long trip so this helped pass the miles. Good story, short, simple, easy to follow. the tone of the reader was good, not too loud in parts like some readers tend to do. enjoyed it very much.

I regularly listen to audio books in my car, it is a wonderful way to pass the traffic time without getting hot under the collar. I also read everything Stephen King writes. He has seldom disappointed me, however this particular story seemed to fall short in many ways. It is more reminiscent of the early stores he wrote as Bachman, a little off center, but still well written. I like his really spooky out-there stuff, so I may be a bit jaded. It is not a bad listen, just a let down if you love King stories!

I bought The CD Story of the Gingerbread Girl because I do not have alot of time to read. I work and I am raising my two kiddos and am very busy. So, getting to listen to a story while I drive to work was very enjoyable. I really looked forward to getting off of work...:)....Would like to purchase more when I have time to look.....thanks!!
