) It's a law student's resource; I had to buy it b/c it was a requirement for my Real Property class. Useful? Well, it is in depth, and as far as outside sources go for law school, this is a good one, but you really don't need more than one b/c there is too much reading from the case book.

Perfect for Dukeminier Property Casebook
) Since I have Dukeminier's Property casebook, this supplements it nicely. The law and the nuances are precise with reference to the cases from the text. The organization is efficient. My outline would not be as stable without this text.
Even if you don't have the Dukeminier Casebook, he references several other casebooks with which this text would be compatable.
