Gilad: Ultimate Body Sculpt - Core and More (DVD, 2006)

I love this workout. It is a longer variation of the moves he performs on his daily show. Very challenging. Excellent workout!!

Gilad has many excellent workout videos, and this latest workout is no exception. I have many of his earlier videos and thought I should update my selection, as the old videos are becoming boring.

Gilad is the best! His workouts are for anyone! Young, Old, in shape, or beginners! This is the only workout I can do in my home without getting bored. He really knows how to keep you going!

This core workout is a great workout, I decided to buy this workout dvd
because Gilad is a great workout trainer.

i do exercise with gilad on tv but needed a little more to get my body more toned. i needed to step it one step higher. this tape is great. i can't do it all but as i keep training i will get there. i am seeing good results.

I came across Gilad on Fit TV and love him. This DVD is going to prove to be a great core workout. I have only done it once and can already feel it. I look forward to the long term effects and love Gilad.

The workout is easy to complete with the exception of a few parts which I will have to build up to but think that over time I will be able to master. In the meantime those exercises can be modified to my level.

I think this will yield great results.

Tape is in excellent condition. I used to have fittv where Gilad would come on. I moved out of town and they did not have fittv so I now order Gilad. Gilad is so awesome and he really makes you work and he tells you what to do in order to make the exercises work better for you.

I used to work out with him alot before I moved to a different town and even got a 6 pack doing his exercises. I recently had a baby girl so I am working on that six pack again.

I have other DVD's by Gilad and I do like his enthusiasm and personality, but I wish that this DVD was divided into segments. The warm up, main workout and cool down are about an hour long, and sometimes it is difficult to find that much time at once. The Pilates moves are familiar ones, but a nice mix in with the core exercises.

Excellent work out. Gilad gives simple instructions through-out the DVD so you know you are performing the exercises correctly. Challenging but not dangerous or impracticle. Major body changes!!!

This is one great part of an amazing three series workout. Gilad really knows what he is doing. This will help you get, or stay in shape, with out too much recovery time.
