I love Gilad's sculpting videos!!!

I have been working out with Gilad's fit tv programs for about 3 years. For a 45 year old female, the exercise is not too much and keeps me wanting to get up every morning and workout with him. I purchased the videos because I need a 4 a.m. workout and it was hard to tape his tv programs every day. I would purchase more of the sculpting workouts if he made more.

I love Gilad. He keeps you motivated and works you hard, but the time goes by very fast. You will feel the burn!

I really am enjoying Gilad workouts. When I workout with Gilad 3 times a week I have a lot of energy. My abs are looking so much better. The price was great and Gilad knows how to work the muscles in your body. GREAT BUY!
