Gilad - Step And Tone (DVD, 2005)

The reason I purchased this DVD is because it seemed to hit three areas of interest: Gilad, step aerobics and upper body toning. I really enjoy the workout overall. The step workout without the upper body work isn't a challenge, but that's a good thing. The upper body work is mildly challenging, but when you combine the two (and that's fairly easy to do), you're sweating immediately and get a satisfying workout.

Again, I stand by my overall excellent rating, but will mention that while you definitely feel immediate results from the effort you're putting in to the upper body work, I wasn't feeling any soreness or stiffness the next day. That's probably a good thing and I'm no expert, but I've found that I get the best results if I'm at least a little sore after trying a new workout.
