Gilad - Step Aerobics (DVD, 2005)

I already owned the stepper and wanted a new work-out. I found the Gilad step aerobic dvd on e-bay. Its exactly what I wanted because I watch Gilad on the fitness channel. There isn't anything bad about it. It was a great purchase at a great value.

Gilad is always working out - and in this step workout - he continues his tried and true exercise methods. You'll sweat and have fun too.

I loved this step dvd. It is the 8th step video I have bought and the first of Gilad, but this is defintely the best of all step videos. I have also never written a review for anything, but I think this dvd deserves praise. Nothing complicated- did not try to show off with complicated moves. Believe me, even with the simple steps , you start to pant in 15 minutes. and boy does he give good directions- very good directions, and he takes you through the steps in parts so that by the end of each segment you have mastered the moves, and his motivation is great too. Defintely worth your money. Great Gilad, keep it up!!

I love this DVD because it's easy to follow but challenging at the same time. I have no dislikes about at all. I decided to buy it because I love Gilad's way of teaching and find his workouts to be very motivating and they work too.

I decided to purchase this product because I had been using a Video on my VCR for step aerobics, and wanted to have a DVD for step aerobics.
The product was new and still in the packaging.
I believe the program is excellent, however, it moves very fast and takes no breaks. My other video had breaks between the stepping for weight lifting that allowed for rest periods. It is very easy to tire quickly. So, out of the 4 sections to the workout, I can only get through 2 for now.

If you like Gilad, you'll like this! If you don't know Gilad, this is a good, overall workout. Aside fron the Island music (so-so), the cueing is excellent. The steps are basic and easy to follow but STILL give a great workout! I've been a step teacher for over 20 years, to give you an idea of where I am coming from. Now, with two bad knees, this is the perfect rehab! His ab workout is great too! Not to mention...who doesn't like to view him at 5am!! LOL Worth the money!

This one is a little faster paced, and is definitely a good workout. Gilad is a wonderful, encouraging teacher, who really seems to care about his students. He builds his workouts with one series of moves at a time, and gives enough repetition get the step down and be comfortable with it before moving on and adding another set. I first watched him on ESPN, but I love having the DVDs to work out at my own schedule. You'll find yourself picking up his DVDs out of your stack more often than the others.

This is a great aerobic workout. I sweat up a storm! I'm losing weight and inches. My muscles are toned in ab area, arms,and legs. It is also fun and challanging and I really push myself to keep up. Nothing could be worst then a workout that is easily done, this one is It is all worth it in the way my body looks. I am fifty three and have exersized all my life and never never thought that I would follow along with a dvd and that I would just sit and watch, Not So! I strive so hard to keep up and when I'm done, I feel great to do the whole workout as best as I can. Love It!

I love the dvd I purchased from ebay. I bought it because I wanted a new routine and I had enjoyed watching gilad on TV and so when I saw that he had a new step video out I searched for it on ebay and got it.

After i have paid for the item, the seller wrote me he didn't have it on stock and offered me my money back or to wait 2 more weeks. i preffered to wait and the item arrived after 1 week.
the item arrived in great shape and the communication with the seller was great.
the item is good and offer hours of fun and sport.
i reccomend this item.

I really like Gilad because his aerobics are easy to follow. I'm 40 something,
and some of the new workouts I've seen are hard to follow. I think this DVD is
great; the routines are not complicated, but effective. I also like the ab section at the end.

I never received the work out tape and my account was charged. I wrote 3 complaints and never received a refund.

I WILL NEVER USE E-BAY AGAIN. AND I WILL TELL EVERYONE I KNOW I LOST MONEY. THANK GOT IT WAS NOT A LARGE AMOUNT.

Great DVD. Exactly as advertised. Quick email response. Great price for item. I decided to purchase because I've been looking for a good exercise DVD.

Bought this looking for a little diversity in my exercise routine. Nice and easy routine that gets you back to basics with no confusing steps and still a great workout. Has a nice warm up and cool down with a quick ab workout at the end. Gets my heart rate up and nice compliment to my other workouts. Great workout when you are limited for time.

cus i would like to loose weight. and actually thought it would be like the 30 min work outs from the show he had. cant find those type dvd's. this is more step arobics which is what you described. very fast delivery. thank you very much.

I'd never done Gilad...he was easy to follow and cued great, but I did find on a couple occassion wondering what it was he said.

Definitely a intermediate video for those used to doing Cathe...
