
A Great Basic Workout

Gilad's not for everybody, but I really like this step workout. It's very basic - no fancy moves (however, power options are offered) - and the music's a little cheesy. But you're moving from start to finish and it hits the mark in every way. I always reach my target heart rate for exactly the recommended amount of time, the toning moves that are part of the workout build very sleek muscle and I enjoy the workout enough that I don't avoid doing it. Three key things every workout should offer. There is an abs section after the cardio workout and as much as I hate ab work, I do this one every time.
