Movie Description
This set contains two separate 45-minute workouts, hosted by Gilad Janklowicz, the creator of television's first workout series, ESPN's BODIES IN MOTION. Intended for people of intermediate to advanced fitness levels, SPLIT ROUTINE is a relatively intense program that offers both fat-burning and muscle-toning benefits. As the second part of the workout, VOL. 2- TONING focuses on building muscle-strength throughout the body via floor and standing exercises.     I used to do this workout with my mom when I was younger and have used it growing up...Recently the VHS quit working so I was really pleased when I found it on DVD. I honestly think Gilad is the best at getting you in shape and the best at getting you started if you haven't worked out in a while or maybe not even at all. Hes fun to workout with. He's not annoying and cheesy like a lot of others. The moves are easy to follow..really easy to follow. Yet you will definitely feel it. This is a really great DVD to have if you love aerobics and love to keep in shape. And the toning portion will really tone those muscles and make them burn. A definite must have!
