I'm on week 3 of Gilad -- I like the toning videos as they are concentrated and quick. The cardio videos have not yet made me break a true sweat. He does have some good moves in it though, that with time, more intensity with familiarity will bring more of a workout. For cardio strike type activities, I've had better workouts with Billy Blanks. The DVD set is a nice structured break from the gym for me!

I bought this about a month ago and immeidately went into the first part of the DVDs. You will definitely break a sweat with this, but what I like most is that it is not rushing or pushing you to go to the next phase. You take your time and has good instructions, as always. I would recommend this to any one who is looking for something to get started without hurting your knees or ankles.

Love the toning section. The 3 Cardio workouts are definitely beginner to intermediate. If you are advanced, you will not find yourself working too hard! The toning DVD is great no matter the level of fitness.

I like that it has a variety of 30min workouts. The movements are not too complex to grasp. Perfect for anyone trying to develop good workout habits.

I bought the Gilad quick fit system because I was looking for some workout videos that I would enjoy doing and I had done some of Gilad's workouts from Fit TV. I like them alot. The only thing I don't like is the outfits. :) I would recommend this to people who want a workout system that is energetic and fun.

I ordered this product on June 24, and didn't receive it until July 29. Red Tag Market's policy says that all orders in the country have a transit time of 5 to 7 business days. I waited over a month!
First they sent my payment to the wrong email, and it took about a week and a half to get that straightened out. And after they finally got my payent, it still took them fifteen days to get the product to me! I don't plan on ordering anything else from Red Tag Market any time soon!
