I bought the dvd because I really like Gilad's workouts. This one is on the beach near a fitness gym, there are many other people doing the workout, and lots of spectators, and Gilad is moving around alot, it's a bit distracting at times and hard to follow some of the moves.

This is an AWESOME workout. I'm a big fan of his so he could never disappoint me. There are 3 workouts in the Volume 1 series. This is a MUST-HAVE for any Gilad fan.

) Gilad's workouts everyone can do. Some of the others are impossible to do. I work out with gilad on tv. But like always when you find something you like they get rid of it, so I bought the dvd and will buy more.

Good workout, always loved Gilad programs. He's knowledgeful, great workout for the time of excercise offered. If your a beginner and/or trying to get back in shape this is a good dvd series to start you back up. Gets your heart pumping and blood flowing. This dvd has 3 programs that were shown on fit-tv with Gilad Janklowicz - bodies in motion series.
