Synopsis
Mooch the cat and Earl the dog of MUTTS comic-strip fame star in this enlightening picture book about the pleasures of giving the gift of nothing. Lean, elastic drawings illustrating the story, in which Mooch spends time trying to figure out what would be the best present for Earl, the dog who already has the essentials: comfy bed, satisfying chew toy, and a perfect bowl. After deciding that nothing is the winner, Mooch sets off to find this mysterious goody, and discovers that the search is harder than he thought it would be. With B&W line drawings enlivened with dashes of red.
