The Gift by Danielle Steel (1994, Hardcover)

WOW. there is not enough good things i can say. I read this book for the first time when i was about 15 years old and it captured my heart. Written beautifully, but easy enough that the basic reader could follow! Laugh and Cry, this book will tug at your heart! I'm 21 years old now and if anyone asks me my favorite book, its still and will always be THE GIFT by Danielle Steel. A must read, especially for young girls!

I had to read this book in high school my senior year. I'm a procrastinator and waited at the last day to read it before my paper was due. Little did I know that this was going to be a good book. I don't know if you would call this book a "Chick Book" but I call it a good book with a good story. I bought this book for my wife because I know she would love it!
