I LOVE movies from the 50s/60s! I watched Gidget as a little girl because my mom watched it when she was a little girl and I have been looking for Gidget on DVD for a while. Once I fpund it I had a movie night Gidget marathon with the girls to watch all 3...and now all my friends (age ranging 20s - 30s)love Gidget and declared friday nights movie to crash my place and watch old movies.

The reason I decided to bid on this 2-disc set was because of the excellent price for the 3 movies included in the dvd set.
I saw one of the movies a while ago and decided to see if anyone had the movie for sale.
I chose this set because it was the cheapest and the shipping cost was reasonable.
Looking forward to viewing this set.
The two extra movies were a bonus.
I would have paid the price for a single move.

I have enjoyed the Gidget movies since I was a teen and have worn out the VHS video. I was thrilled to find them on a DVD in one set. These movies bring back all the memories of teen age loves and heart aches without all the unnecessary nude sex scenes that producers think have to be included in a movie for the audiance to enjoy. I can watch these with my grandchildren and not be imbarassed.

The original Gidget is one of my favorite movies. As you continue in the series the movies go down hill however. Both of the Gidget Goes movies have a new Gidget everytime. They also become much stupider and somewhat annoying along the way. The second movie is still worth a watch but Gidget goes Roman just wasted my time. This set is still worth looking at just to see the progression and of course the original Gidget. The original Gidget with Sandra Dee is on of my favorite movie it was worth the purchase for that movie alone.

What a great way idea, combining all the Gidget movies into one set. These movies take me back to a period of time when movies were innocent and sweet!! No drugs, violence or sex here. Just cute stories with normal teenagers, doing normal things....

I bought Gidget - The Complete Collection 2 Disc Set because as a child my mom used to watch the Gidget movies with me. I instantly fell in love with her young charm and of course Moon Doggie! So it was only natural to own this classic movie in my adult life! I was thrilled to get it at such a cheap price! Thanks!

I watched these movies as a young girl. I was pleased to be able to purchase them now so I could share them with my girls. We sat down with popcorn to watch all of them on Saturday. They are still just as good as I remember. My girls love them also. It's nice to watch movies that have a good moral values with a sweet romantic couple in it.

Impossible for me not to fall in love with the 3 Gidgets. They are The Pink of Perfection (like the Summer Magic Disney Movie song)

I will watch this movies over and over till eternity or after if I can afford the time.

I would never be unhappy in my life as long as I have this movies with me to watch.

The songs are great the 4 Preps are top and Gidget goes Hawaii is a must.

I bought the dvd set Gidget because I loved this movie when I was growing up and now I have two college age daughters and they both go to the beach and the youngest is a surfer girl. It's a good clean fun movie, a chick flick

I decided to buy this dvd set because I have the movies on VHS and they are old and outdated. The dvd set plays clear and excellent, Im very happy with my purchase. This is a great dvd set for any Sandra Dee lovers or Gidget lovers. Over all it was a great deal and a great buy on half.com.

I bought this set because I initally saw one of the 3 films included in this set "Gidget Goes To Rome"...that is actually my fave out of all 3 of the Gidget movies...it is very cute, lighthearted and girly all at the same time. The other two films included in this set I also liked a lot as well, each of the leading ladies playing Gidget has their own style while still being very Gidget...I also LOVE "Moondoggie", played by James Darren in all 3 films, he is very pleasant to look at. I would definitely reccommend anyone who loves girly or old style movies to puerchase this set, as I will be watching them all again very soon.

What I like about it is that it was an oldie movie and they put it on DVD. The quality of the picture was as good or better than a vhs. It was really neat to see 3 movies in one DVD. You can't do that with VHS! I was/am completely satisfied with the product if there were more gidget movies I would buy them.

The product was in tip top condition and the product arrived rather quickly. That was good. A Brown.

I really enjoy old movies and had seen one or two of these on cable. It's great to find old movies on E-Bay at great prices!

I grew up on Gidget and like her. My daughter 23 years later enjoyed it to, so I bought her a set. Now we can watch and talk on the phone while watching...

I love all of the Gidget movies. Was very happy with the DVD's. These movies were from my days as a teenager. Brings back a lot of good and fun memoirs for me.

Gidget was fun to watch since growing up during this era was so nice and clean. Gidget is like a breath of fresh air. There is no cussing and sexual exploitation. Between the 3 Gidgets, I enjoyed the first Gidget with Sandra Dee the best. James Darren was good in all three shows. Gidget Goes Hawaiian bordered on being total ridiculous. I had a hard time finishing the movie. Gidget Goes to Rome was better. I would recommend this for viewers who want light fun romance.
