I set out to buy each of my ten grandbabies a guitar to leave them when my Lord and Savior calls me home. I suffer with agent orange exposure from the Viet Nam war and my time here is drawing to a close. The Gibson 137 is a beauty. It' close action and fast neck makes it a joy to play. The condition of this guitar was fantastic and the gentleman I delt with was great. It was truely a pleasant experience.

) I like the flame maple top and back and the white binding really sets off the blue burst color well. The action is nice and low for comfort and playability. The short 24.75 inch scale is easier to play. The pickups are a little to 'hot'or bright for my style of playing, which is fingerstyle; easy listening, country and gospel music.
