Gibson Electrics by A. R. Duchossoir

What a great book. This author(A.R.Duchossoir) is known and respected for his diligence and thoroughness in the musical instrument community. Fantastic photo plates section.I couldn't even find any typos in the book, such as were found in the Gil Hembree book on Theodore"Ted" McCarty. There is nothing to dislike about this book.NOTHING!!A great read for all musicians connected to a guitar/Bass. The reader must understand this book only deals with Gibson's Acoustic, Acoustic/Electric and Electric Bass instruments and does not detail their other instruments such as: mandolins, banjos,Harp Guitars etc. What this book does cover is substantial. My initial interest was in learning more about their(Gibson's) electric semi-hollow series including some timeline correct info on Gibson owned and manufactured Epiphone semi-hollow guitars.Though it is primarily a book dedicated to the Gibson family of Guitars and basses. Anyone who acquires this book will enjoy it as a necessary addition to their library.
