I LOVE THIS AUTHOR. I LOVE ALL HER TV SHOWS AND HER RECIPE BOOKS. THIS IS A MUST HAVE FOR YOUR COLLECTION.

What can I say? All of Giada's books are absolutely wonderful. Easy to read list of ingredients (no italics, which are hard to read) and mouth-watering photos of the prepared dishes. Just a delight to have in my kitchen.

I loved just knowing that I had, yet, another cookbook to use in my kitchen, by one of my favorite, (female), Italian cookbook publisher's.

I even purchased one for my oldest granddaughter, too.

Great cookbook of Giada DeLaurentiis, with delicious, easy to follow recipes from appetizers to desserts for every day cooking and for company and any special events. Yum!!!

I wanted the recipe for the turkey osso bucco it could be used for Thanksgiving and to make other days special. There are a few other recipes I wanted to try. I am happy finding one really good recipe that will become part of my cooking skills.

Recipes are easily to follow and well written. Photos are beautiful and helpful for presentation. Some recipes are high fat but I have reduced the fat with good results. My husband has a degree in culinary arts and he also enjoys using this cookbook. One of our favorites is the Salmon with lemon and basil spaghetti. Ciao!
