When Ghosts Speak by Mary Ann Winkowski (2009, Paperback)

I read the entire book in about 5 hours while my kids took a nap! It was very interesting and thorough on the subject. I really enjoyed the book. I will warn you though that sometimes the author is so "cool and laid back" about her ability to speak with the dead her accounts can come off as a tad bit embellished. I also get a little tired of her continuing reference to some "Quince" seeds that she sells on her website. After all, I am interested in the literature and not an infomercial. However I found it riveting and a bit creepy I stayed glued to the book for the whole afternoon and had a hard time sleeping last night. I wouldn't recommend this book if you want to get anything accomplished until you are done with the whole story. I give "When Ghosts Speak"****1/2 stars.
