Totally unexpected! We found another great show. We love the idea behind the show - main character (Melinda Gordon, played by Jennifer Love Hewitt) can see and talk to the dead. In doing so, she helps them pass from this world to the next (heaven, etc).
What's great about this show is that the stories are so touching. Each ghost has to find closure before they can move on. No two episodes are the same, but the feeling remains the same - you love that one can person help so many ghosts find peace. What also ends up happening is that the family of the ghosts also find peace and closure.
The show gets its sense of authenticity from Executive producer, author, real-life medium James Van Praagh. This is a must see show.

I bought this complete first season of Ghost Whisperer in used condition from ebay for entertainment purposes. My decision to buy it was based on several reasons: (1) It was considerably more reasonably price than buying the DVD set new (2) although I do not watch much tv, I recently discovered the show and found it to be interestingly different (3) The time was right in my life to give up an hour or two a day to watch tv so why not watch something fun and entertaining? This set of movies qualifies for meeting this goal. It has been great fun watching these movies for my family and me. I highly recommend it and haven't any complaints with it being in "used" condition nor in the entertainment aspect of it. Two thumbs up!

I love the show Ghost Whisperer,so I bought the whole first season, so I can watch them anytime I want. Great set,comes in a Three disk set, very nice. It's drama and a suspense all rolled in to one . Looking forward to getting the second set as well on Ebay.

LOVED IT! Great show! Only wish they would of put the shows in the order they first aired. Example a couple of shows played then a couple newer ones then back to the older first few shows. But well worth watching!

I bought the Ghost Whisperer-Season 1 because I love the show. I have found that I can get a better deal buying my favorite shows from eBay. It has saved me money than purchasing in a regular retail store. I like the DVD set because there is nothing wrong with it, it is in good condition. There is nothing that I dislike about my purchase, I received my item in less than a week.

I Love the Ghost Whisperer series. I never miss the show on Fridays! I like the fact that everything is not always hunkydory but still has a good ending. The only thing I didn't like is the ending of Season I. I do have Season II!
The spookyness of it keeps me going!

Its a great show, I bought this as a gift for my mother as she is crazy about watching it every Friday night! I thought the special features were a little lame but other than that its a great dvd set. Its the perfect gift for anyone who likes the paranormal.

What can I say. One of the most beautiful women in the world with great acting plays my favorite type of entertainment: Ghost storys. I am in escatasy! I have really enjoyed watching this show . The core of the show is the grief, anger and despair of losing a loved one. The shell of the show is attractive likeable characters interacting with ghosts. The effects, wardrobes and sets are well done.

I have no complaints about my purchases or the people I bought them from, everyone was great. My only complaint is how long pay pal takes to process the payments. I watched the series and fell in love with Jennifer Love Hewitt's character and became hooked to this "Hallmark version of a ghost story". I love the happy endings and the methods Jennifer's character pulls it all together to have ends meet. It's just a great story and more prone to the young adults and adults who like the "scary" yet soft side of things.

I really enjoyed watching some of the Ghost Whisperer shows and got hooked on them. Realizing that I missed many of the first season's shows, I rented the series to watch it. I absolutely loved it and got my 10 year old daughter hooked on it too, so I decided I needed to buy it. I am so excited for the second season to come out because I am going to buy it as well. I have missed many of this seasons shows too. So I am really looking forward to when the next DVD set comes out.

This is one of the best about the supernatural type shows I have seen in awhile. I know it just a show but it really feels like you are right their with them. The special effects and drama and emotions that come out are amazing. I wasnt sure when I first was recommended to purchase this but I thought with JLH in it maybe it be might be something to look at. I was hooked within the first few shows and couldnt stop. The season finale was the best out there. I will looking for the second season.
