Ghost Hunters Season 2 - Part 1 (DVD, 2006, Collector's Edition)

I love the ghost hunters. You can probably tell by my user id and my about me page if you read it. I bought this dvd collection on ebay and watched it right away. I thought everything was good and all but the sound and the picture could have been better. It was really bad. I was able to get threw it but it was a bit annoying. It ws good besides that.

The dvd's arrived in a timely manner and were in great condition. I'm extremely pleased with the product.

with each season Ghost Hunters gets better and better. Personally season 2 is my favorite, its filled with breath taking and amazing video evidence of paranormal activity. THis dvd is not your average bone chilling movie that you play at sleep overs to scare people, no, this stuff is the real deal and If you are into Paranormal activity like i am than Ghost Hunters season 2 is the perfect dvd for you. As you watch this amazing series, the question really hits you, are there such things as ghosts? and T.A.P.S ( the atlantic paranormal society ) definately delievers their share of shocking evidence and then some. You'll see that more and more skeptics will become believers as they watch these amazing people share their love of the paranormal. I guarentee that if you find spooks and spectors to be interesting and cool, than this dvd is the one for you.

What can I say about Ghost Hunters? I caught an episode once on The Sci-Fi channel, and ever since then I've been hooked. I'm still not sure if I'm a believer, but they definitely make it all look very interesting. Jason and Grant look like they take their work very seriously, and I like that. I also enjoy seeing the reaction of the clients when they see all the evidence either proving or debunking the paranormal activity. I think the debunking is my favorite part, really. All in all, Season 2 is great. I'll continue to build my collection.

Here's the thing-I started watching "Ghost Hunters" since its inception. I own all the seasons on DVD and have watched these episodes so much that I'm surprised my player hasn't imploded. Each investigation is a blast, sure there are a few that produce little in the way of paranormal activity but that's a minor complaint. Jay and Grant have the tech, and means to try and DISPROVE a haunting. That's right people-they try to disprove a haunting. I highly recommend getting your grubby hands on any season, turn the lights off, crawl under a blanket, and enjoy.

Ghost Hunters is such a unique show. I can't tell what's real and what's scripted because it always seems predictable.

It's the times that I lean into one direction and the evidence just blows me out of the water that make Ghost Hunters so much fun for me.

Like most people I question the Life After Death therory. We all want to believe that there is something beyond what we experience here. Will the love of our family continue, can we hope to see them again.

The EVP's are what I really love the most. The direct communication from spirits unseen. There is hope and even though most evidence is tossed to the wayside, it's the evidence that sticks that keeps me coming back week after week, and buying the DVD's to rewatch over and over.

I still get chills seeing and hearing some of the evidence. Two thumbs up! The only thing that would make it better is if Jason & Grant called me to do an investigation with them...how about that? I'm game!

Great product, quick shipment. If you like Ghost Hunters, the DVD's are a must have. I'm hoping to get the rest of the seasons soon.

There is nothing you could hate about the show.
They are respected highly in the paranormal community. Also trend setters, Paving the way for shows such as Paranormal state.
Even sparks my imagination to go in search of spirits
or late night drives to Exeter toward the vampire grave or To the Ladd School an old closed down mental instution.

This is the absolutely best show that the SCI-FI channel has to offer. I don't faithfully watch any program, but I do this show. Watch it once and you'll be hooked. Jason, Grant and the crew head off to places that claim to be haunted. The thing that I love about this show is that they go in to debunk and prove a place is not haunted, however that is not always the case. If you don't believe in ghosts watch this show. Roto Rooter Plumbers by day and Ghost Hunters by night. Keep the dvd's coming, they are awesome.

Seeing footage of these dvd's prove that there are real ghosts, spirits and life after death. Makes you want to think after seeing this. Awesome...

I feel Ghost Hunters is the best show on cable. The guys look for answers, they are not "flaky", they are really trying to find answers to what is out there. I watch the show every week and then watch the reruns! I can't wait to own all of them.

Anyone who likes the TV series GHOST HUNTERS will enjoy this video. I've always enjoyed watching the series but because of my work schedule have not had the opportunity to watch all of them. Of particular interest was their investigation of the hauntings on the battleship USS North Carolina and The Myrtles plantation. I grew up exploring the battleship and always had an erie feeling while in certain parts of the ship but never knew why, now I do! My wife and I visited The Myrtles plantation on our honeymoon and, once again, had an odd sensation that something was out of place. It was entertaining and educational to watch the TAPS Team (The Atlantic Paranormal Society) investigate the alleged hauntings. As to what they found, well, you'll have to watch the video and judge for yourself!

I have been a fan of TAPS ever since the first season.
I have to say that every season is filled with places and
stories that will make a believer out of just about anyone.
The first season is important as it allows you to get to know
each investigator personally. They take you into the homes
of those who have witnessed the paranormal in events throughout
each show. Jason and Grant allow you to follow their lead in
what will be a fun filled hour of viewing. I have two paranormal
groups on yahoo. Spirit_Phenomena and Unexplained_Events
I have told both of my groups members that this is a must see
show.

I Love the Ghost Hunters series--I am an avid fan. The CONTENT in these DVD's is great but I must say I am somewhat dissappointed with the overall DVD's. The cover art and packaging are great--no problems but this set is a 4 dvd set with 22 separate cases. There is no way to know what cases are on what dvd.There's no content card with this info on it and the dvd's are just numbered disc 1 thru 4. I know the cases are in order from the season but it would be nice to be able to access them without going thru half the season to find the one you want. Also the audio is HORRIBLE--I'm not sure what happened but the audio track is almost metallic sounding--very annoying!!! My recordings from my DVR are better sounding than these tracks. I'm giving this a GOOD rating just because of the CONTENT not because of the overall dvd experience---if I rate it on OVERALL dvd experience I would have to give it a below average rating. You might want to rent this ,if you can find it, before you buy but if your like me I was highly anticipating this release and bought it as soon as it came out. I hope in the future they do a little better with there dvd releases. DVD is the greatest format and there is no excuse for a sub par product. nuff said
