Since I am new to mediation, being still (mentally) is a challenge. Dr. Dyer gives very simple insights of things to do to improve focus and ultimately, lead to a more rewarding meditation process. I like that a CD comes with the book and both are helpful. It also illuminates the value of meditation and the enhancements it can bring to your life. Great book! maudiemoon

I enjoyed this CD very much. The reason I decided to purchase this CD is the price and availablity. I was able to get it at a much better price on Ebay than at other stores, etc.

I love the insight of Wayne Dyer and the books he's written, therefore, I thought would try his book on Getting Into the Gap, and I really like it. I would recommend it to a friend.
