This program works for beginners as well as more advanced exercisers, because you can make the movements bigger as your fitness level increases. No learning curve and no dread factor either. It's fun, and consists of just few basic moves, but you can definitely work up a sweat! George is very friendly, but Petra Kolber is really in charge, and makes the program work.
