George Foreman - Walk It Off With George: Circuit Walk (DVD, 2004)

This workout is awesome. My friends and I love it. It plays good music, gets your heart rate up, and George shows you how to do it weather your are a beginner or advanced. It's great for those hips and thighs!!!

This program works for beginners as well as more advanced exercisers, because you can make the movements bigger as your fitness level increases. No learning curve and no dread factor either. It's fun, and consists of just few basic moves, but you can definitely work up a sweat! George is very friendly, but Petra Kolber is really in charge, and makes the program work.

George Foreman & Petra K are excellent. They make the walk a great workout without it being intimidating or dancy. Even if you have been exercising for a long time you are able to increase the intensity to get a better workout. It's a great 30-minute workout and George is great to watch. He really gets into it.
He's great and the workout is so do-able if you're a beginner or if you're advanced this is a satisfying workout. George & Petra make sure you do everything correct and at your pace, or allow you to pick it up. I was very surprised and make this a big part of my routine.

This is good for people just starting out, but it does give a good moderate workout for more advanced as well. I like that it does not have complicated choreography, as a lot of fitness dvd's do. Just basic moves, but effective. It does combine the walking with some strength exercises too. George Foreman is encouraging and friendly, and Petra keeps things going on target.

I LOVE This exercise dvd, because its great for the beginner and works for the more experienced walker. It Diffently gives a good work out and is fun, as the music in the video is great, shows examples of things to do next. I just love it and can do it in the winter months in my own home!!!

Low impact to medium impact. Trust this seller and knew that it would be in great condition. Also liked it for a beginner to walking since George did not seem like he was in the best of shape and was showing us how to Walk it off!

As a Caretaker for an adult I bought this workout DVD to aid us in her weightloss"mine as well I'm sure"always check with your physician first before starting this or any exercise regimine. I would recommend this DVD to anyone who needs to take off pounds and inches especially in the legs. Have fun with a partner or a group of friends to get ready for the Beach.
