i've all was loved george carlin. he always speaks the true, what he says in his shows makes you stop an think about life an other things. he always makes me laugh, i've always injoyed him all these years this show is one of my all time favorites he makes you laugh i almost bursted in to tears i never laughed so much. if your looking for a good time i strongly recomend this movie its well worth the price. enjoy

It's all bull**** and it's bad for ya!Thats the parting message from one of the most brilliant, insightful, outspoken and comedic entertainers of the 20th century.
First and foremost, its a GEORGE CARLIN DVD, whats not to love? More importantly is it's his final HBO show, which makes it a "must-own". I would have to say this isnt his BEST performance, but at 70 years old, he still put on a hell of a show, and all the great topics of "Carlinesque" comedy are in there.
There is also a wonderful interview included where Mr. Carlin reflects back on his life and career, which is very delightful to see on his last DVD.

this is so funny george was the best i have several of his dvd;s this one tops them all,but all are good.sorry that george left us. but at least we get to see him for years to come ,with the wonderful laughs and so much truth in his works i miss you george bruce coale forevermusic414 balto md

George's last performance was by no means a poor one. It was the type of show you'd expect from him, anytime. One of the funniest parts was the segment he starts with "you may not notice it, but i like people". When i watched a video of this part on Youtube (before i bought the DVD), at "the parts" (which i won't describe due to the content) i had to pause it because i was doubled over on the chair with my eyes closed, laughing so hard and deep i thought my chest was gonna' explode. After i regained my composure i resumed play, only to get hit again. This lasted for about 20 minnutes. And the next day my chest was still hurting. It was after that i got on here and bought the DVD.
It's a great DVD that you MUST have if you're a Carlin fan, or just a fan of comedy. The world of comedy lost one of it's greats. Nobody will be able to fill his shoes :(
