Great Insight Into Iraq Invasion

Great insight into the heroic young men who put their lives on the line for a policy that they might not have completely understood, but that didn't affect the professionalism and pure courage that they showed in invading an enemy country.

This book is a must have for anyone who ever served in a combat zone. It's well written and has a nice photo section. I read this book while in Iraq and I had to buy it. The author does a great job of showing his readers the brother hood that is built between Marines, a brotherhood that can only be forged in fire of combat. You won't be disappointed.

) This was a great read about the rush to Baghdad as told by a writer from Rolling Stone who was embedded with the 1st Recon Marine's. This book shows the very human side of these men from the their commander Lt. Fick down to the feelings of the men indvidually. If you enjoyed this book or want to read a great book about the USMC I would also suggest One Bullet Away by Nathaniel Fick
