I bought the answering machine for my mothers birthday who is 85 and homebound and who has trouble getting to the phone on time and i asked the seller to mail to my mothers address She not only mailed it to her address but she wrapped it special for her hows that for service? So i would say this seller is great. My mother got it on time and was very happy with the item thanks! Sundaye

Great machine
) I bought this machine to replace another one just like it.It works just as good as the last one.I had the first one for about 8 years and it worked great.After that one stopped working,I bought this one and it's been working great and hopefully it will last as long as the other one did and beyond.
