Overall this was the most unique of the solo albums by Kiss. I had no idea that Gene Simmons could produce music that was just the oposite of his "Demon" character. The music style is sort of similar to Pink Floyd and The Beatles. Gene proved that he could tackle any challenge that comes his way. Definitely worth listening to.

Sorry, but I don't really care for the music on this disc. Yes, self taught musicians, but I just feel it is not a compilation that bears hearing more than once. But I am not a huge fan of KISS, and those folks might be more forgiving towards the songs.

While this album is just OK, I like that Gene experimented on this release. While it contains songs that are typical Gene ("Radioactive"), it also contains songs that show Gene's appreciation for the Beatles. "See you tonight" is an example of the Beatles influence on Gene and is a very good song that was later included in the MTV Unplugged set. Overall, this CD is a worthy addition to any KISS collection.

I THOUGHT IT WAS THE BETTER OF THE SOLO LPI ENJOYED THE RELEASE OF THIS SOLO LP WHEN IT CAME OUT OVER 25 YRS AGO. WHEN AS A KISS FAN WE ALL THOUGHT THIS WAS A VERY GUSTIE MOVE. WHICH I FELT HAS PAYED OFF FOR THEM ALL VERY WELL. JUST TO SEE HOW EACH MEMBER OF THE GROUP WOULD SOUND ON THIER OWN. AS TIME HAS PASTED AND NOW MY KIDS, NIECE'S, AND NEPHEW'S ARE ALSO ENJOYING WHAT I HAD A CHANCE TO FOR ALL THESE YEAR'S SINCE THE GROUP HAD REUNITED. I FEEL IT HAS BEEN A GREAT ADVENTURE FOR ALL OF THEM AND LOOK FORWARD TO HEARING THIER SOLO PROJECT'S AGAIN IN THE FUTURE. I WOULD LIKE TO THANK YOU ALL FOR FOR TAKING THE TIME TO READ MY REVIEW.
