
One of my 5 favorite books on Low Carb Dieting!
If I had to pick one book to give to someone who was eating low fat and gaining weight, it would be this one. Dana's style is easy to read and makes the book hard to put down - it's a non-fiction thriller! In the first few chapters she gives you enough concise, important, thoroughly researched information to know whether you are someone who NEEDS to be eating low carb for weight and health - or whether you are one of those rare ones who can skip this discipline. I consider this one of the 5 most helpful and important books I've read on the low carb way-of-life and includes plenty of the snowballing scientific evidence that supports it.
