This is the best deal out there on a dedicated gaming laptop but could use a facelift after 4 years of the same case design.

Good Value for moneyYou won't find similar performance for a better price. But I feel that the build quality of my previous dell e1705 is better, the gateway flexes a bit more than the dell, the plastics feel weaker and the fast access keys doesn't feel good (I don't use them anyway) and the lights on those keys too strong for my taste (you can turn them off though).
But I wouldn't choose another one because this one is going to sit on my desk most of the time and the performance is good for the money.
I didn't like that you can't change the video card, but on the other hand the processor, memory and the two hard drive bays are easy to reach.
