I was recommended this book by a wonderful therapist.
My Ex-Husband is the #1 reason I read this book. This book hit the nail right on the head. I realized, actually, that there has been more than just one gas lighter in my life. There is more than one gas lighting style.
This book really gives you the tools to be able to handle these people. It really pours out the truth so that you can see through the fog of what these gas lighters put us through. If I would have read this book years ago, it would have been a slap of reality that may have saved me some long hard years.
I certainly will have to share this book with a few of my friends.
If there were a downside it would be that it does get a bit repetitive towards the end, but at the same time it really drives the point right home.
That said this is a quick read. This is a MUST read. Could save your life.
