The Garlic Lovers' Cookbook by Garlic Capital Gilroy (2005, Paperback, Revised)

I have a copy of the book but received another as a gift so I am selling the gift book on Ebay. I never knew there were so many delicious recipes for garlic! I am a die-hard garlic fan and I usually double the cloves in a recipe.....all except the chicken recipe with 101 cloves of garlic! That one alone would keep Dracula away forever, but keep you coming back for seconds! I have tried many of the prize winning recipes and now know why they won. It must be glorious to be a judge in Gilroy. So many dishes, so little time to savor them. If you are going to buy the book please try the "Garlic Fritters." Heaven doesn't come any closer than this! With hesitation I tried the "Phony Abalone" because I miss my Abalone and not willing to pay the sky high prices when I do find it on rare occasions......well, by covering thin chicken breast slices in clam juice for 48 hours....you can have the closest think to the real deal! YUM! OK.....get the book and buy plenty of mouth wash unless your loved one is a garlic indulger also...and cook away.
