Mmmmmm, Garlic!

This is a great very little cookbook. It has history of garlic and traditions about garlic. As well as directions on planting and using in cooking. I tried 2 recipes the same day I received it and they were delicious and Very easy! I highly recommend this to anyone who likes or loves garlic. Even if you don't I would give it a try. Some recipes can be easily adapted to use ingredients other than garlic.
