When I first purchased this book I thought it would be an excellent "Coffee Table Book" it is of course. It is however one of the most informative, beautiful books of unusual plants i've ever seen . Plants I didn't even know existed . Beautiful photography, and plant descriptions. Plants for just about every climate, so you can inform yourself, as to what is available . Something different, but beautiful. These are not orphan plants, there are highly desireable , but maybe not so well known plants. A joy to read, and see. It makes you spend a lot of time at the "coffee table".
