Drama, Mystery & Crime, Gangster Wars was originally on two VHS cassetts now
reduced into edited 121 minute series. Not Rated, color edition, directed by
Richard C. Sarafian. A real life educational scope into the gangster life of
children specifically New York City life.

I remember when this film hit theaters around February 1981, the VHS wasn’t
released until January 1995. This is a documental piece not so much if you’re
thinking about the chronicle series. So expect a lower rate if you’re
comparing this VHS. I rated 3 *** only but already knew what I was expecting.
The 30’s bring mobster activity through vivid charm and solid performance, VHS
version was chopped up into bits of the full Gangster Chronicles which
portrayed Lucky Luciano and Meyer Lansky in likeness. Joe the Boss, Salvatore
and other high organized crime are inside weak rated roles. I’m not going to
give the plot away so easily. Hoods, pimps, musclemen and much more to enjoy
while watching this VHS for the first time. Not so heavy or favoring when
comparing to other narratives. Still, worth while watchin if you're a first
time watcher, I wouldn't spend $10 or $6 on VHS either.
