This seems to be a good product, easy to set up with the accompanying software and easy to use. I have tried it out and find that is is like any other hand held portable phone. The signal is good if you are not too far away from the base. Call quality is clear with most connections that I have tried.
The only problem I had in setting it up was that the batteries were already in the phone and they were in backwards. Once I reversed them it worked perfectly.
I will buy another one for my other daughter and she can also save a lot on her long distance calls.
