This movie, in case you haven't guessed, is somewhat of a 'B' grade. In the future the judicial system has failed so bounty hunters with liscenses to kill patrol the streets. But when corruption threatens the city, one man with a flying robotic glove has to rise up and smack it down, while punching a half dozen guys in the groin. The movie isn't great nor exceptionally bad, but I have noticed on my DVD that the sound quality is terrible. Still, worth a look.
