Thank you for voting. If your vote meets our Fundamentals of SellingThe review said the book was slightly used but good condition, IT WAS NEW!!! The book was exactly the one I needed and matched the description. It took a little longer to get here considering I paid express shiping but other than that, I'm not only completely satisfied, I plan to order again!

Poor Seller
) I didn't even get the product from this person. In fact the seller never even responded to my emails or tried to ship the product too me. Thanks to Half.com, i got my full money back. Don't buy anything from this person.

Tihs book never came to me. I never got a response fromt the seller. I failed my first test in that class because I had no book to study and had no idea what to study with no book. I filed a claim for my money back that I still have not even heard a reply from or recieved any money from Half.com. I endedup ordering the book from Amazon.com and i recieved it after only two business days.
