Fundamentals of Partnership Taxation by Stephen A. Lind (2005, Hardcover)

This book may be great for an attorney to read. Actually, I would rather read the Internal Revenue Code instead of deciphering this partnership tax book. I just wonder why West Taxation does not write a partnership book. There is an obvious void of good partnership tax books. This book is the worst textbook I have ever seen.
